Terry Allen - Live at Threadgill's Austin, TX 9-7-07

Here's a rare treat for your hearin' ears, a Terry Allen boot. If you're not familiar with Terry Allen this is a great place to start. The Sound quality is excellent, and the set list is too. Includes one of my favorite songs which he co-wrote with Guy Clark (yeh, that's the caliber of performer we're talkin' about here)....."Queenie's Song". Terry Allen is probably more well known (in certain circles) for his artwork, which you can check out here: http://www.terryallen.com/ I think Terry himself says he is "a painter who just happens to write songs on the side".....something like that.
So if you dig guys like Blaze, Guy, McMurtry, Townes, or Steve Earle's folk side....you'de probably dig this as well.
