Steve Earle - Live in London 5-13-96

OK, so I'm back online....so without further delay, here is a damned good Steve Earle boot. Sounds like this was some kind of radio show, not really sure. All you need to know is the sound is excellent and he was touring in support of his then just released masterpiece "I Feel Alright".....need I say more.

  1. Welcome back Tru! I hope your move went well.
    Thanks for the Steve boot.
Have you heard his new album yet?
By the way you have got me hooked on the WRINKLE NECK MULES. Any chance of a sampler of them soon?

  2. The gig is introduced by Ken Bruce which would make this a BBC Radio Two production.
    Thanks for posting it.

Vaughan, glad you like the WNMules too....man I love 'em. I could try work up a sampler but it would be pretty short cause they only have 3 albums out :(

  6. the new album is great...heard it dozens of times in the last week. One kinda clunker (satellite radio) - but very solid, laid-back, front porch kinda shuffle album. "Oxycotine Blues" is his darkest song since CCKMP. It's a personal record thorough and through with the possible exception of "City of Immigrants" which however is a stand out track.
