So today is the second anniversary of A Truer Sound! In those 2 years there are a few of things that have made me proud to run this blog. The first is of course all you fine readers, it's great to have an audience.
One of the things I'm most proud of is when Ray Wylie Hubbard's wife, AKA Mother Hubbard, stopped by and left an encouraging comment.
Then there is the Todd Snider archive 18minutes.com who actually link to this site for some of the Todd Snider bootlegs I have posted (specifically the Moondawg's Tavern compilation)
And finally, there is http://www.drivebytruckers.com/ who have linked to this humble little site as having Brighter Than Creation's Dark as the best album of 2008 (as voted on by you guys).
I don't know, but those few thing make this site feel legitimate, like it's a real site and not just some collection of words I threw on the web.
So thank you guys, and here's to a couple more!
