This is pretty killer. On the radio in support of album and soundtrack Strange Weirdos Loudon is as good as ever. Strange Weirdos is the soundtrack to Knocked Up (which Loudon plays a gynecologist) and features the killer song "Daughter".....which you also get to hear here. This song will stick in your head for days. He's teamed up with Joe Henry here (whom he also teamed up with for the album) and the band is so damned good.....I mean there is some great instrumentation going on here. If you're not too familiar with Loudon, this is a great chance to check him out....you will dig him if you dig quirky folk music similar to John Prine or Todd Snider.MP3
