The freedom of information act is good for trying to get truth, not an excuse to steal somebody's music.
If you want to post public domain concerts not copyrighted Austin City Limits then do it. Otherwise you fool nobody but yourself and you are just another ego-driven turd.
if you were actually interested in the music I'm showcasing here, you would know exactly what "a truer sound" and "sounds like 1963" meant.
